We are now taking questions for Glee’s music producer Adam Anders. Anders is responsible for Glee-ifying tracks, writing original songs such as “Get it Right,” and arranging epic mash-ups like “Rumor Has It Someone Like You.”
I had the pleasure of interviewing Adam at Trevor Live and he has so kindly agreed to participate in a fan Q&A with Gleefan as well! Send in your questions for Adam, as long as its not about spoilers! We will be accepting them until 11:59pm PST on Friday, December 29th.
You can submit your questions here as a comment below or Tweet them to me @GleekGenica. Please remember to include your first name and optionally your last initial, as well as where you are from. If you would like, you can also include your age. For example, if I were to ask a questions, at the end i would say, “Genica R. (21, San Francisco, CA).”
Feel free to submit as many questions as you’d like. I’ll be sorting through all of them and submitting the best ones to Adam. Also look out for my interview with him at Trevor Live. It should be up within the next couple days.
Good luck, and I can’t wait to read through all your questions!
After much hype, the performance of the Adele mash-up that features songs “Rumor Has It” and “Someone Like You” was released earlier today on YouTube. All I can say is wow.
The performance, sung by Amber Riley and Naya Rivera, was the 300th performance done on Glee! Writer Ali Adler tweeted earlier that what happens after the performance will be surprising! I personally think this is easily the best song Glee has ever done!
What are your thoughts? Sound off in the comments!
Fox Broadcasting has released 7 different promos and sneak peaks for “Mash-Up”. The first 2 are promos about the “slushie war” and a dancing scene between Will and Sue. Then there are 5 sneak peak clips from the episode after the jump. Enjoy!
Here’s a preview of Matthew Morrison performing “Bust a Move” from next week’s episode, “Mash-Up” via Yahoo! TV.
Expect to find next week’s episode of “Glee,” titled “Mash-Up,” to be full of more outstanding musical performances, including a cover of Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline” (performed by football jock Puck!) and even Sisqó’s one-hit wonder “Thong Song.” But in this episode, the spotlight is off the students and shining brightly on the Glee Club’s intrepid director, Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) — at least in this clip where he raps Young MC’s “Bust a Move,” showing the fellas how a leading man does it.
