Gleek RobRob is an 19 year old Gleek who started working on GleeFan.com back in May ’09 after seeing the pilot. He instantly fell in love with the show’s quirky humor and cast, so he decided to get involved with the online Glee fandom. Currently a sophomore at VCU majoring in Public Relations, Rob lives in Richmond, Virginia. He’s a huge TV junkie and also loves digital and film photography so much that he built a darkroom in his basement at home. He had the chance to interview the Glee cast with Tinkers in DC for their Fall promotional The Gleek Tour and even made a trip up to NYC to see the cast live in concert. In New York, he secured free press tickets to Z100’s Breakfast with Glee event, where a pair of tickets went up at auction for over $5,000! Over the past two summers, Rob has had the opportunity to see the Glee concerts in New York, Washington D.C. and New Jersey. He was even able to go backstage to chat with some of the Glee cast themselves! Rob has been lucky enough to meet and interview the cast over the last few years, and some of them even follow him on Twitter. He has a great time working on GleeFan.com and hopes to keep it running for years to come.

Gleek DaniDani is our newest staff member at GleeFan.com and she too was hooked on the show from the very beginning. Although she was not a member of her high school’s glee club, Dani’s involvement with marching and symphony band instilled in her a love for and an understanding of the importance of the arts in schools. Dani enjoys spending her free time being an active part of the Glee fandom, staying on top of the latest news, spoilers and media. Last summer she traveled to NYC to see the first Glee Live! tour at Radio City Music Hall and was able to attend one of the after parties, where she met several members of the cast as well as show creator Ryan Murphy. She has plans to see the Glee Live! tour this summer as well, again in NYC as well as in Dublin, where she’ll get to meet members of the cast for a second time.

Tinkers

News Poster

Gleek TinkersTinkers is a senior in high school who lives and breathes all things Glee. Her real name is Cristina, but Tinkers is a much more fitting name, she thinks; all of her family and friends, including her parents, call her Tinkers. She began her intense love of the musical comedy in June after he sister showed her the pilot, and she immediately became involved in the Glee community through GleeForum.com. Through the forum’s owner, Travis, she was able to score press passes to the promotional Gleek Tour, and attended as a representative for GleeForum.com. She then met up with Rob at the “Showmance” screening in DC. From there they were able to interview several members of the cast at their signing at Hot Topic. She has also attended other Glee events, like the DC “Hello” screening and the sold-out concert tour. She currently posts news and writes articles for GleeFan.com. In her spare time, she likes to carry her camcorder around and vlog about her school plays, among other things. She hopes she’ll get into college. In addition to Glee, she loves Lost, Firefly, and True Blood. Also, she is a huge fan of kittens, but really, who isn’t?
