Miley Cyrus on Glee – Billboard Magazine

ver wonder if Miley Cyrus may guest star on Glee one day, or even if they might slip in more of her songs, or dare I say it: a Miley Cyrus-themed episode? Think again. Miley Cyrus has already let it be known to the public of her disinterest in the hit show.
As many avid fans may already know, the episode Laryngitis featured Rachel Berry attempting to sing her rendition of “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus, only to discover she has tonsillitis. When asked about her own thoughts of Glee, the Hannah Montana Star gave Billboard Magazine the following quote.
“Honestly, musicals? I just can’t.What if this was real life and I was just walking down the street on Rodeo Drive and all of a sudden I just burst into song about how much I love shoes?” There was then a pause, followed by laughter as she added in, “It would get hits on YouTube”.

Who cares what Miley Cyrus thinks? I could name about 50 people who’s songs people would actual like to listen to on Glee. When Rachel Berry same ” The Climb “, i thought Rachel sang better then Miley! Who needs her?
What does Glee have to do with a musical? Musicals are unrealistic, with everyone bursting into song and dance, but Glee is obviously not a musical. It’s a about a glee club, where they can incorporate music into their lives without being completely cheesy. Oh, Miley… You only wish you were on Glee.

Went to the Universal studios concert, absolutely love the show and the concert although I wish the volume had been a little lower at the concert so their voices could be heard without being blasted. Also some cast members were in character and others weren’t, we thought they all should have been in character. Really liked the video parts but wish their had been more maybe shorter ones to set up the next performance. Thought they could have used the videos at stage level to show the school sites in the background instead of mostly light shows. They could do some dream sequences and more varied dance routines.
Yeah because Hannah Montana is the most realistic thing. people can learn more from Glee than that stupid show she did. At least children can learn how to NOT BE a superficial bitch.

OMG I am so happy to hear she doesn’t like glee when I heard that the climb was gonna be on glee i was like “God please no Ryan Murphy you can’t do this to me don’t ruin glee” isn’t anybody else happy that she or any other Disney fake singer isn’t gonna ruin the show I’m ecstatic
I bet she’s jealous how Glee is so much better than Hannah Montana. And I guess she thinks Hannah Montana is more realistic than glee, because everyone can just put on a wig and become a superstar without people realizing who you really are. :P
I actually wished Rachel would have sung The Climb because I like the song, but I want a better singer to sing it. Good thing she does not want to be on Glee though, because I don’t think she has what it takes to be on the show.
honestly I think its better that Miley and Glee don’t cross paths because Glee is too good. Miley is a fake just like when she was asked if she listened to justin beiber and she said no only to say a month later that she was working on a project with him. Besides she’s not a good singer.

first off.. Miley Cyrus is just another britney spears, starts off all innocent and cute then BAM! one day she decides she is grown up and the slut comes out. she does realize that you can be a good singer and not run around in barley there outfits right?
secondly, has she even watched ANY episode of Glee? i have watched every episode and i have never seen them just break out in song (except for the episode when 3 of them were trying to lose their V and that was basicaly a dream secquince). the show is about a Glee club, the majority of the singing is done durring class or on stage at pratice. and if the child had EVER gone to a real highschool that had a glee club or choir or anything of the sort she would know that yes at times members do partice while walking down the hall. personally i think she knows her fan base is starting to fail and is threatened by the kids on glee that can actually sing better than she can

I really can’t believe she said she doesn’t like musicals…she works for disney, has been on high school musical (and THIS is a stupid musical where people just sing with no purpose at all) and has a tv series where she lives two different lives. THAT’S STUPID….and she is too
Okay, no one cares what Miley Cyrus thinks about glee. Hannah Montana still sucks, and GLEE still rules. Since when does her opinion change that?? I think she’s just upset that they chose her song for Rachel to sing with laryngitis. Any other artist would take it as a joke, and laugh about it. She’s just sooo worried about her reputation. GLEE STILL RULES!!
I think you should be on glee for one episode im a big fan of yours and glee is my favorite if i was able to get on that show i would be on there right now. i have a beautiful voice and the world doesnt know or believe me.
WOW She clearly has no idea what the show is about. She wants everyone to think that shes not into whatevers “it” at the moment like she always has to be unique. All shes doing is making a fool of herself. And Im almost 100% that ppl would totally hate it if she ended up on the show and I love how they used a tiney bit of her song just to tell rachel she lost her voice, to me made it funny cuz I was like Ha its because you starting singing a Miley Cyrus song!
