Q: “If you could have the Warblers sing any song in the world, which would you choose?” – Sara O. (Chicago, IL)
A: I would have to choose “Cry Me a River” by Michael Buble… Maybe Trent should sing it as a ballad to Blaine for leaving. haha ;)
Q: “If you could do a duet with anyone from the Glee cast, who would you choose?” – Tamzen C. (16, Washington)
A: Amber Riley in a heartbeat! I think she has one of the most incredible voices of our generation and to sing with her would be such an honor. Here’s hoping! ;)
Q: “What has been your best experience so far on the set of Glee with the cast?” – Tom (19, New York)
A: I know this is such a cliched answer but EVERY single moment has been the greatest! It has been phenomenal from day one and I couldn’t ask for a better job and for better people to share the experience with.
Q: “Who was your biggest influence growing up?” – Michelle (30, United Kingdom)
A: My mom had the biggest influence on me hands down. She taught me so many valuable lessons and really helped me succeed and taught me to go for my dreams regardless of my circumstances.
Q: “What is the storyline behind Trent? What is his character description, if you were to give him one?” – Kris P. (Philadelphia, PA)
A: He is a total sass basket with only the best of intentions. He is fixated on perfection and tries to prove himself to everyone, especially Blaine. But he is all around a very sweet innocent guy with plenty of sass to go around. ;) I like to think of him as the counterpart to Mercedes in the New Directions!
Q: “What is the hardest challenge you have being an actor?” – Aaron (Peoria, IL)
A: Relaying a message to the masses, and wanting them to take away a certain message from your character that you intend for them to receive.
Q: “You used to be an extra on Glee and can be seen in some classroom and hallway scenes at McKinely. How did you become a Warbler?” – Mary (18, Louisiana)
A: I was cast by Ryan Murphy and Paris Barclay, who directed the regionals episode in Season 2. My good friend Tim Davis put me up for the part and the rest was history.
Q: “If you could give a message of hope to LGBT teens who are reading this and struggling, what would you say?” – Nick J. (Arkansas)
A: Life is full of wonderful surprises that can potentially alter the path you are on currently, so stick around and find out what those surprises are because it is so worth it. There is an entire community of people who will love you for exactly who you are and we cannot wait to meet you! So please let us have that chance.
